We are conducting a research survey among adult patients diagnosed with Hidradenitis Suppurativa. We would like to understand what it is like to live with these conditions, and your experience with the care you receive. We hope that this survey will raise awareness of the impact of these skin conditions and improve the care for people suffering from these conditions. You will be asked a few initial screening questions to assess if the topic of the survey is relevant to you. In case it is, participation will involve completion of a 35-minute online survey.
